- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Opened an account by writing check from our other bank. Check cleared 2 days later but Chase still put a hold on funds for 11 days. System went down at Chase July 3rd. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a customer of this bank since it was Washington Mutual. I find it very frustrating now because all calls seem to be routed to a voicemail that directs you to call the national call center. They have started charging me $20 per account (I have three) for a service fee. I had to stop into the bank to have them reversed last month and now I see they charged me again this month. I'm sorry to say they are going to lose me as a customer unless something changes immediately.By Kim Mishko, December 05, 2016
